Our skilled carpenters have carefully hand-selected each piece of wood in color and texture for your specific product. This is the first important beginning for each and every product that ATBO manufactures. Our carpenters then use their many years of experience to assemble, grind and polish each individual element of wood by hand before it becomes your ATBO furniture. We have become experts over time - because each piece of wood is a unique material and deserves our full attention. We have been manufacturing our bookcases in Denmark following solid Danish joinery traditions since 1967. Some may think this process is "old fashioned", but this is how we ensure it is done perfectly every time and in the most environmentally friendly and sustainable way.
